Welcome to Woof, LLC ("Woof," "we," "us," or "our") These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our dog daycare, boarding, grooming and any other service we may provide from time to time including our website https://woofllc.com, bookings, and interactions with our facility. By accessing our website or enrolling your dog in our services, you ("you" or "client") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services Provided
Woof, LLC offers dog daycare, boarding, grooming, and any other service we may provide from time to time ("Services"), subject to availability and these Terms. We aim to
provide a safe, fun, and caring environment for your dog, but specific offerings may vary by location or season.
2. Eligibility and Registration
Client Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and the legal owner (or authorized agent) of the dog(s) enrolled in our Services. Pet Eligibility: Dogs must meet our health and behavior requirements (see Section 4), including up-to-date vaccinations and a temperament suitable for group play. Registration: You must provide accurate information about yourself and your dog during registration, including contact details, emergency contacts, and pet health records.
3. Booking and Payment
Reservations: Daycare slots are subject to availability. Reservations can be made via our website, phone, or in person, and we may require advance notice or deposits for certain Services. Payment: Fees for Services are due at the time of drop-off or as invoiced, payable via [list payment methods, e.g., credit card, cash]. Late payments may incur a fee of [insert amount or percentage]. 4. Pet Health and Behavior
Vaccinations: All dogs must have current vaccinations for rabies, distemper, parvovirus, and bordetella, with proof provided before their first visit. We may require additional vaccinations or health checks at our discretion. Health Condition: You must inform us of any health issues, allergies, or special needs your dog has. Sick or contagious dogs will not be admitted to protect the safety of all pets. Behavior: Dogs must be non-aggressive and suitable for a social environment. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any dog displaying aggression, excessive disruption, or unsafe behavior, as determined by our staff. Spay/Neuter: Dogs over [insert age, e.g., 6 months] must be spayed or neutered unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
Accuracy: You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information about your dog and updating us if circumstances change (e.g., new health issues). 6. Liability and Risk

You assume these risks by enrolling your dog. Liability Waiver: Woof, LLC is not liable for injury, illness, or death of your dog unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your dog’s actions (e.g., damage to other dogs or property). Veterinary Care: In emergencies, we may seek veterinary care for your dog at your expense. We will attempt to contact you or your emergency contact first, but immediate action may be taken if necessary.
7. Media Release
We may photograph or video dogs in our care for promotional purposes (e.g., social media, website). By using our Services, you grant Woof,LLC permission to use such media without compensation, unless you opt out in writing at registration.
8. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate Services at our discretion, including for non-compliance with these Terms, unpaid fees, or if your dog poses a risk to others. You may discontinue Services at any time, subject to our cancellation policy.
9. Intellectual Property
Our website, logos, and materials are owned by Woof, LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use them without our written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Woof, LLC’s liability for any claim related to our Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
